Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfilment partners in Hong Kong and other international warehouses, depending on stock availability and your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, so any change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order will likely already be in processing. You can still return it once received for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods:

When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
